Julio Rivera
Julio Rivera is a writer, self-defense coach, and mental health advocate. Twenty-four years of training have shaped his philosophy, but just as important has been Julio’s experience with trauma recovery, mindset, and emotional regulation. Because he witnessed and experienced violence first hand, Julio’s teaching is always based in reality.
