Her book, Sail to Scale: Steer Your Startup Clear of Mistakes from Launch to Exit, co-authored with Maria Fernandez Guajardo and Mona Sabet, guides entrepreneurs in navigating the complexities of business scaling.

At ServiceNow, she works at the forefront of social and technology shifts, building next-generation AI solutions and workforce intelligence products as the VP of Product Management for Employee Workflows. As COO at Emtrain, her leadership was instrumental in doubling the HR Tech company’s revenue and turning multi-million dollar losses into profits within 18 months. Heather’s vision and foresight led to a new $25M division at Drop, where she launched over 100 proprietary products across various categories, from hardware and electronics to clothing and accessories.
